By accessing or using Gemi App, you agree to be bound by this user agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this application.
Gemi App provides the following main features:
You can use the basic features of Gemi App without registration. AI-related features and iCloud synchronization services are only available to Plus subscription users, which requires authorization through Apple ID login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We highly value your privacy. All your data is stored only on your device and synced via iCloud; it is not saved on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
You agree to use Gemi App legally and not to engage in any unlawful or improper activities through this application. You must not attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of Gemi App by any means.
Gemi App and all its contents (including but not limited to text, images, icons, software, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from Gemi App.
Gemi App is provided "as is," and we make no promises or guarantees about its performance, suitability, or availability at any particular time, location, or for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Gemi App.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, with the revised terms taking effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Gemi App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Gemi App at any time without notice.
This user agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

The terms of this user agreement are severable. If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
